🎡 Spin the Wheel
Quick answer
A picker wheel divides your entries into equal segments, so every name has exactly the same chance of winning. This wheel chooses the winning segment with cryptographic randomness, then animates a five-second spin that lands the pointer on it. Teachers use it for cold-calling students, streamers for giveaways, and teams for everyday decisions.
8 entries on the wheel. Editing the list redraws it instantly.

Frequently asked questions
Is the wheel really fair?
Yes. Every segment is the same size and the winning segment is chosen with crypto.getRandomValues, the browser’s secure random source — no entry is favored.
How many entries can the wheel hold?
There is no hard limit, but labels stay readable up to about 30 entries. For very long lists, try our Random Number Generator and assign everyone a number.
Can I use it for a giveaway?
Absolutely — paste the entrants’ names, spin on a screen share or recording, and remove each winner before the next draw so nobody wins twice.
