Does the order of lines stay the same?
Yes. By default the first occurrence of each line is kept and the original order is preserved. Only if you tick "Sort result A–Z" are the unique lines rearranged alphabetically.
What does "Ignore case" do?
With Ignore case on, lines that differ only in capitalisation — such as "Apple", "apple" and "APPLE" — are treated as duplicates, and only the first version is kept.
